Data we collect

Problem reports. When you submit a report about a toilet, we store the report text and the IP address it was submitted from, to prevent abuse. Reports are reviewed by a moderator before being shown publicly.

Analytics cookies. We use Statcounter to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, browser type). Statcounter sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. You can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Server logs. Our web server and hosting provider keep standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited time.

Third parties

Map tiles and address data are served by OpenStreetMap / Nominatim. Search suggestions are looked up directly from your browser via the Nominatim API. Analytics are processed by Statcounter (statcounter.com).

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (for example, a report you submitted). Contact info@eutoilets.com to make a request.
